I was driving through a small town near here one time heading to the beach and we saw something similar, just one big circle going around the town court house, I just kept circling it saying "Hey look it's Big Ben" lolol

when I arrived in London to meet my now husband he drove me past parliment and did 'look Sarah, Big Ben, Parliment!'

He didn't understand what he was saying but I had told him about that scene in the movie before I left and I thought it was sweet that he remembered.

Do most drivers in the USA learn to drive automatic, then learn manual gears later? Or sometimes never?

From the movies I've seen and a few posts I've read, there seem to be a big hoo-har about driving "stick". Or maybe I misunderstand.

On first impressions that roundabout does look pretty complicated. On second thoughts it doesn't look that bad. Must be a nightmare during rush hour though.

We have them in the states too... visit some small towns.. supposedly they have put them back in larger cities as well. They were common in the early 1900's.

Visit south 4th and I70 in Columbus some time, try to figure out how to get from 4th TO 70. :1orglaugh One of those, you can see it... but...

Same thing in Detroit, see the freeway but getting there is the trick. Labret should have chimed that one in. We had to get a girl in an ice cream truck to take us down to the freeway there years ago after circling about 20 times. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh
