Questions About Traffic Trades. Hey, I don't understand them to be honest with you.

I'm seriously wanting to learn about trading traffic. In addition to my pay site (www.NakedCollegeGirls.tv) I have www.Dirty4Free.com .

I have to be honest and say I don't have a clue about traffic trading scripts. I want to know how they work, what the benefits are, what the negatives are, how well they increase traffic, etc. Since I don't know shit about them I don't even know what questions to ask.
