With the new high quality, non responsive support of the new owners, I am wondering how long it will take fo rit to be fixed.

Thank God we're moving soon, this is getting out of hand.

All down.. no one is responding as well...

Just saw a new Tweet by Password Sentry, are those the ones who bought Amerinoc?
I see they now offer 99.9% Uptime Guarantee, no more 99.99% ;-)

So they're down ~9 hours/year? Based on last year's performance it is a little more than that:/

They emailed all their customers about 10 days ago that the servers were getting an upgrade today and there would be a few minutes of down time.

Everything is back up it seems.

Americnoc has been known as a shit host for years

Im still not happy there is light at the end of the tunnel but its still going to cost me a fortune to get everything back up and running again. plus all the lost revenue from the down time.

The thing that annoys me is that they used to be brilliant with fast support and always helpful but something must have happened for it to get this bad.

15 hours and no support response. Time to move on.

True. Just moving is such a pain in the dick. But this pain is worse.

Its taken me a week but it done now and i feel so much better.
