I'm not a guy, but I do a lot of reading (studying, I'm a fucking geek, okay?). A lot of what gets you aroused is hormones... If you have low hormones, it's harder to get aroused. When your body feels pleasure, it releases endorphins and chemicals that enhance your pleasure. If you are depressed (either because of chemical imbalances such as low seratonin levels) or mentally, this will take away from the overall experience of orgasm, as the hypothalamus won't be as stimulated to release the endorphins (it's called a feedback loop, the more chemicals/hormones you have in your body, the more the hypothalamus will produce in turn). If you think you are depressed, you should see a doctor. Honestly, you will never know you could have felt better unless you tried. Lack of pleasure/joy/interest in sex can be a symptom.
