Well, I'm not using it right now. I'm just wondering if it's worth bothering to install, I heard it can be a pain in the ass to install it and get it working right. Is that true?

From a person experience -- not worth the effort or money. I do use APC Cache though.

one of the applicatoins I use requires it seems to work fine :)
