crackpot cooking
 
dab of bacon grease in the bottom, sliced Shallotte, 2 bone in pork chops stuffed with sour cherry jam, dusted with black pepper, 5 or 6 sliced new potatoes, splashed with basalmic vingeret, salted.


Figure to set the pot to high for 8 hours.... what do you guys think? probably add a can mushroom soup, maybe not though...

Sounds pretty good except for the jam. Does it go well with the pork chop?

Ordered something else, but saw pork chops stuffed with jam (jelly) at a high dollar restaurant. Did give a thought to ordering.

Slow cooker meals are awesome.from soups,stews etc.best way to cook
