Your experience with Amerinoc since the move? Used support yet?
 

Not sure if it just us, but support is just not there, at all (except for one time).
Maybe something goes wrong with matched email addresses and whatnot, but did anybody notice any difference, yet?

We saw a reply from a guy named John or something, he must be new, too?

Any other jumped ship to another host already since the outages this year?

Im not happy

We got no discount for the down time
Also pingdom keeps going off saying site is down for short amounts of time

Its like Amerinoc has been sold and they are not telling anyone

You're with a completely different company now, Omnis Network, LLC. They own your I P's as well :2 cents:

Sent a ticket in yesterday. Took more than an hour for a response I think. Was from a guy named Gunnar, who I had never dealt with before.

10 hours and waiting for a simple ticket fix. Sometimes tickets are quick. Sometimes really slow. Same as before. :Oh crap

Anyone else not getting a reply?

Haven't had a reply for 5 days now, on a simple CDN question.
Some guy named John asked for my ticket number last friday or so, never heard since.

We are moving shortly before the site goes down again and there's no support to be found.

A month of free hosting would have been nice, downtime surely cost more than that.

Could have used that to move out;p

You have a dedicated server? (we do)

And they dont answer the phone

no just a vps wiredtree need root access to move my sites or i need to pay $75 per hour for them to manually move them

Just spoke to them on the phone and they said tickets can take up to 24hrs. and they were acquired when they moved data centers.

About 8 hours for a ticket response :(

Support is almost gone but we are getting response from BRAD and old star of Amerinoc Chris.

Support is slow and only work during their working time. Average response time for support is 9 hours.

I think you not aware of this.. Amerinoc stopped giving root access to any one.

We are in the process of moving as well.
Pretty lousy they did not tell they were acquired by others, since they hosted a lot of "friends" from the old days.

It's a bit shocking after 16 years with Phatservers/Amerinoc and untold thousands paid to them that we are left in this position and as of today without backups.

I don't really care about the ticket time as I am hands on, but being without backups is rather fundamental.
