Your experience with Amerinoc since the move? Used support yet?
Not sure if it just us, but support is just not there, at all (except for one time).
Maybe something goes wrong with matched email addresses and whatnot, but did anybody notice any difference, yet? We saw a reply from a guy named John or something, he must be new, too? Any other jumped ship to another host already since the outages this year? |

We got no discount for the down time Also pingdom keeps going off saying site is down for short amounts of time Its like Amerinoc has been sold and they are not telling anyone |

Sent a ticket in yesterday. Took more than an hour for a response I think. Was from a guy named Gunnar, who I had never dealt with before.

10 hours and waiting for a simple ticket fix. Sometimes tickets are quick. Sometimes really slow. Same as before. :Oh crap

Haven't had a reply for 5 days now, on a simple CDN question.
Some guy named John asked for my ticket number last friday or so, never heard since. We are moving shortly before the site goes down again and there's no support to be found. |

Support is almost gone but we are getting response from BRAD and old star of Amerinoc Chris.
Support is slow and only work during their working time. Average response time for support is 9 hours. |
