Does anybody use any of these web based traffic generators, pay $100 for 100,000 hits or whatever??

Considering I just launched my site less than a week ago, most of the people that have bought traffic off of me are still in the process of receiving their first traffic order.

I have received only one complaint so far out of over 100 orders. I just gave that guy all his money back.
