Is anyone getting non-initial recurring transactions today?

I have 0 and usually have 100. Yesterday, had hardly any after a certain point. My 2nd master account has 0 as well, and I've asked two other people and they have 0.

Hey.. Just to clarify the rebill thing...

It's because of the February 28th issue. If you notice, you probably had an unusually high number of rebills on March 28th. So the 29th, 30th, and 31st won't have very many, but he said there will probably be a lot on the 1st and 2nd..

So I was told, and that makes sense... just thought it was a continuous 30 day period, so the day wouldn't matter; apparently, it works a bit differently..

Yes I was told that last month also. I was wondering why I got so damn many rebills all in one day (more than the new joins+rebills on the same day for the previous month) it looked like I had 300% retention

Just look at the stats for the whole period and they'll make sense.

Nothing new there, thay are thought to do so LOL

Let's hope tomorrow brings better things. Over the last 4 days we have had 1...ONE rebill. This includes 21 sites.

After reading your reply, I decided to sit tight and wait to see what happens today. I am FAR from impressed.

Somebody is gonna have to pull a fucking rabbit out of their ass tomorrow for me to buy into this story now.

Where is the Epoch presence on this thread?

Yeah, we did get a handfull of rebills...this is better than ZERO that we were getting BUT it is far from what I was expecting.

You can bet your ass that I am keeping my eye out for an Epoch rep, while in Phoenix.

We are here now. Clay is looking into this.

You won't have to look far in Phoenix for an EPOCH person. There will be about 10 of us there.

BTW: Did any of you call or email your EPOCH rep? If so who and when? If not, why not?

Epoch rebills processed normally in the month of March. Due to Feb. being a 28 day month all monthly rebills for January 29, 30 and 31 rebilled on Feb. 28. All of the rebills which processed on Feb. 28 now rebill on March 28. The only rebills which occur on March 29, 30 and 31 are those which are in retry mode.

Rebills have processed normally for April 1 and 2. April 3 rebills will process normally today as well.

If you think there is an abnormally low number of rebills on your account, email me directly with your account information and I will personally reveiw your rebills.
