No, not stolen content. It was content I have up on Ounique. Ounique content isn't supposed to be used in TGP galleries. I don't want to bust the person I just want to tell them to be more attentive to what they use for galleries next time.

Regarding the ounique content, i was not aware of this restriction from ounique. sounds a bit strange to me. could you point me to a link on ounique.com stating that you can't use their content on gallys?

this is from ounique.com:

I dont know if ounique has different licenses for different content, but the ounique license I've read has no mention of TGPs. If the content was prohibited from being used on TGP gallys, it would specificially say in the license.

Its the same as making a U-turn, if theres no sign that says you cant, then you can :thumbsup
