agreed, here in Spain, people smoke all the time, anywhere, around town, enjoying a spliff with a beer on the beach front. Nothing like enjoying a beer with a reefer sitting at a bar. The police are aware & do not mind as long as you're not dealing it :2 cents:

no hun, only smoke occasionally, maybe once a month or less. But it's definitely lovely to be looking over the bay, watching the lights twinkle from the boats at night with a beer & a smoke from my roof balcony :thumbsup
