if hilary dindo'd, why is the justice dept forcing FBI agents to sign non-disclosure?

pretty odd, for the justice dept to require FBI agents that worked on hilary's emails stay quiet.

if she's innocent, why the gag order? has this EVER happened before?

yes folks, she is a felon. she simply got away with it. go ahead libs, you have to vote for a felon if you want to beat trump. thats what you get when nobody in your party has what it takes to beat the establishment.

Trump eats establishment candidates for breakfast.

JG, you have been told man, you can't simply declare someone a felon. They have to be convicted first.

Joshua G 07-14-2016 12:03 PM

the choice - a successful businessman that has a hot daughter. or a felon that drips with the very identity politics that is dividing our country, ugly daughter.

pretty obvious who the voters will TURNOUT for. hilary will lead public opinion polls right to election day. but nobody has to show up at a voting booth to answer a poll.

add in the secret trump support (hollywood libs that will speak of hilary but vote for trump) & 5 points of liberal bias in the polls & you have trump pretty comfortably ahead.

but you'll never know it, reading the liberal media. :1orglaugh

yeah i dont need the justice system, who cant even request a grand jury on an open/shut case of mishandling classified intel, to tell me whats a felon.

when a person engages in felonious behavior, they are felons. you can sit there & say casey anthony & george zimmerman & carlo gambino are not felons. i will beg to differ.

:)

Hilary did do

I am not sure why this surprises anyone. I am sure all FBI agents have to sign some kind of a NDA when they are hired, and when assigned to the most political case the FBI has worked on since Watergate they were "kindly reminded" by asking to sign one again.

Once again, people are trying to make something out of nothing.

Remember, the one who has never been charged with a crime is crooked, and the one going to trail for fraud is the right choice. LOL.

Exactly, they sign a hell of a lot more than an NDA, and what they do sign has teeth.

odd. the FBI swore in hilary to protect state secrets on her first day as SecState. she clearly broke it. comey said she broke it. but because there wasn't "intent" of wrong doing, no problemo. yeah, nobody else who mishandled intelligence intended to either. how about that snowden guy, was his intent wrong doing???

People who deal with classified material sign a LOT of NDAs.

I love it when people compare Clinton to Snowden.

One person did't release any files to outside of the US government, the other released millions of documents to the world.

If you cannot see the difference between the two, you shouldn't be allowed to drive. Or have babies.

yes rochard, i see the difference. one person circumvented government email to hide communications from the public, in order to sell favors from the state dept to enrich herself.

the other person exposed a covert intelligence program that was unconstitutional. & the good guy is the one being chased by the law rochard!

if you cant see that, you shouldnt be allowed to vote, drive, or raise puppies.

:)

Right!

Snowden is a brave hero who is admired for taking a stand for truth and Clinton is just another lying power hungry career politician. :thumbsup

The US democratic system is fucked while people like Trump, Clinton, Romney, Bush get to stand and voted for. And most definitely when the US concentrates so much on the election of one man who doesn't command his own party in the way a Prime Minister does.

Trump would be stopped every time he tried to change anything, he would be a lame duck from day 1. Obama had to compromise over and over again Bill Clinton was hounded over getting a BJ in the Oval Office and he was the best President the US had for a long time. Reagan is revered and a bad President. The US sold its manufacturing industries to China and now has a new enemy on its hands. Illegal migrants come by the lorry load and get benefits in the US. No point in blaming one man for that, it's the will of the people who employ and them that are behind it.

Brits had the balls to vote out of the EU because they saw their power being eroded. Americans will vote for the same old system over ad over again. Because they think one man can change everything.

Do you have any idea of how Snowden weakened our government? He took ALL of our secrets and just put them out there. Meanwhile, Republicans bitch about an email server that wasn't hacked. This is just utterly insane.

Legally you can?t call someone a felon unless they have been convicted of a felony. The conviction is what establishes that they "committed" the felony, not the accusation, in US law. If anyone on this board mattered, and publicly called her a felon, she could sue, and would win.

That is why legitimate news organizations refer to her, at their most pejorative, as an "accused felon".
