Amerinoc Support Experience!
 

Amerinoc client how's your experience with support team in recent time after their move to new system? Have to wait hours before some one get response or some time no response and keep on chasing.

We are sensing some thing bad with them or we think that they have been took over by some one else.

There was a thread a week or so ago that said they had been acquired. I haven't had to deal with support for a while so not sure if same people are still there.

The originals were definitely good guys, no doubt, but if they've changed hands, not so sure now
