Thanks for the advice, we did some searching and phone calls as well and looks like we're going to go with Square.

Square said it's fine to sell adult toys, you can even use their cart on their servers so long as the images used are tame.

Did you reach out to Paypal by any chance? As far as I know they're also ok with adult toys so long as nothing on the store is digital.
