Is your CPA firm in your own city or do you feel comfortable using one who is out of state from you and works online?

We use three, and they have to be local and available at all times. We have an in house also. Same as our Lawyers 4 of them and one in house. Some of you seen our in house lawyer at Webmaster Events.

Yep, let them talk to the tax department.

It's the only way we would do business. Math was never my strong suit and I don't have time to keep up with all the IRS rules and regs. It's money well spent.

She knows exactly what we do and is fine with it.
