The yellow colors don't appeal to me somehow, and nothing really catches my attention that wants me to join your site.

I agree with the images, they're too compressed.

the only thing i think i can do.. which would probably work, is to remake the thumbs, but not resize the image. just go in and manually crop them all. the uncompressed ones are identical, i have a gallery locally uncompressed and i can't tell the difference.

The overall design isn't bad, but it almost looks like you're trying to camoflage the sales text with the background color. Like you want to hide it from the surfers.

If you want TGP surfers to click it, that shit needs to stand out.

The text at the bottom for example.. instead of yellow & white flashing, make it hot pink and white or something.
