Policemen are supposed to enforce laws not execute people for hazy reasons.

CNN is reporting they have this man in custody and that he has turned in his rifle. Seems this might be a continuing situation, and one of the gunmen might be involved in a gun fight with police officers.

Let me get this straight the officer says put up your hands, they do, the guy says he has a gun and reaches for it and he's shot? The girlfriend claims he was reaching for his wallet but why would he be reaching for his wallet when he was told to put up his hands?

The girlfriends story is inconsistent and sounds like the officer had reasonable doubt his life was in danger. Of course the girlfriend will sugar coat her story to make it look like they where the victims. What made matters worse our fucking retarded president decided to speak before knowing all the facts and sided with the guy who got shot because he was black. What was the white cop supposed to do wait to see if the guy is going to kill him with the gun he says he has? He reached for it after he was told to put his hands up. His girlfriend has no fucking clue if he was reaching for the wallet or the gun because he's fucking dead, how would she know what he was reaching for. Plus if a cop tells you to put your hands up and you say I have a gun and reach in the direction for it do you really expect the cop to wait to see if the pedestrian is going to shoot him?
