Paul Ryan Asks That Hillary Clinton Not Receive Classified Information as Candidate

WOW

Paul Ryan: Deny Hillary Clinton Access to Classified Info

In one way, this is a really vicious political trick to pull on Hillary Clinton. In another way, maybe he's right?

The FBI is being grilled by Congress, Comey faces grilling by House panel over Clinton emails

If Hillary wins the white house after all of this, it will be the most satisfying victory of her life.

Joshua G 07-07-2016 12:05 PM

since she can commit felonies, as long as she didnt "intend" to do anything wrong, she can mail top secrets to moscow at this point.

oh wait, she already did. :)

Rochard 07-07-2016 01:30 PM

This is uncalled for and childish.

I don't believe any political candidate should be getting any kinds of classified briefings. I just don't see the point in it, never did. The moment they are elected, they have two or three months to ramp up. They can be briefed then.

The Republican party is using it's power to continuously harass Hillary Clinton. And it's just not working. They are digging for something that just isn't there. There was never any indication anyone had done anything wrong with Benghazi, and it was more of the same with this email crap - There just is no law that says the Secretary of State (or any member of Congress) cannot send classified information via email over a private server. In fact, this was common policy at the State Department - Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell both used a private email server. Members of Congress have done this too.

Ironically, there is no out cry by the Republican party about Rice and Powell.

The Republican party is in serious trouble here. They are sending up someone who has zero experience up against someone who has twenty - thirty years of experience, and he is loosing badly. If the Republican party loses for a third time it will be a disaster for them.

I keep saying if they want to beat Hillary they need to attack her on her lack of accomplishments, not trying to make her out to be "crooked". Hillary has been under investigation for years and has been found innocent every time, and trying to paint her as crooked isn't going to work with the people the Republican party needs to sway the most.

It's scary that an election in the US resembles a thread on GFY - Lot's of name calling, idiots and bull shit...

You are so funny.

She didn't commit any felonies. It is not against the law for the Secretary of State to send out a classified email via a private server. You can try to argue she "mishandled classified information", but the the end of the day there was no intention to mishandle anything and no information got out.

Again, no law was broken, no intention to break the law, no damage, and thus no charges.

And once again the Republicans tried to make Hillary look bad and failed. They will continue to drag this out until the election, but doing so will not help. The people the Republicans need to sway over to their side see this for exactly what this is - yet another fruitless attack.

Correct. Comey stated today that all emails were sent to other state employees/officials that were certified to receive classified material.

It was also revealed today that the 3 emails ( out of over 30,000 ) that were thought to have been classified, actually weren't, they didn't contain the classification header or other data, and the actual material wasn't classified. So she emailed no classified material.

It was also stated today by the congressman that they themselves are given top secret clearance, and that many of them ( including Republicans ) have their own email servers just like Clinton :winkwink:

There's your tax dollars at work people :disgust

It was Cheney/Karl Rove that outed Plame. Scotter Libby took the fall for it then Bush commuted his sentence.

The State Dept has just re-opened the investigation into the email mishandling. Sure looks like they are ready to set up her top aides with losing their security clearances and be the fall guys.

The Secretary of State is head of the State Department and acting under the direction of the Secretary of State was their job :2 cents::winkwink::2 cents:

Republicans will keep throwing shade on Clinton like they have the last 2 years, and 30 years prior, until the election and telegraph as many lies as possible to keep pussies home from the polls. It wont work, they've played that card too many times now and it's all they got.

So sad

bronco67 07-07-2016 06:46 PM

Republicans want there to be something, but there just isn't no matter hard they wish for it.

Think about that...they are actively trying to get a political opponent thrown in jail. They're trying hard and just always end up looking like the fools they are.

they want her to get thrown in jail so that ass clown Donald Trump can be president? Did you watch his rambling mess of a "speech" in Cincinnatti? He's losing his mind right in front of our eyes.

No. Ted Lieu is pure as snow bro.

Paul Markham 07-08-2016 12:41 AM

It seems the sole purpose of the Republican Party is to fuck the Democrat Part. If that means fucking America into the bargain, they don't care. They have won the propaganda war with so many Americans they're assured of a lot of seats, power and most of all money.

bronco67 07-08-2016 05:56 AM

I love how Republicans thought Comey was a man of integrity, until he didn't give them the result they wanted. Then he gets his ass dragged before their circus show to answer for his transgression against decency. They can't accept that he has said it's not a an offense that can prosecuted...it will never register for them because they're so butthurt about losing two elections in a row.

The next thing we need is for them to lose the house and senate so they really do have zero power once the next democratic president takes office. They've shown they deserve it. Really, fuck them they have no business being in charge of anything, and fuck Jason Chaffetz and his stupid punchable face.

Look at this guy. Could he be anything other than a raging dickhead?

I thought the exact same thing! He's a self hating closet case BTW

Did you see him start to queen out when Comey said Clinton wasn't under oath because there was no confessional request for that? The guy is almost worse than Gowdy, bottom of the barrel scum with no ethics or morals.
