Go crazy over this kind of stuff? I mean its absolutely amazing and such a major achievement in our lifetime. But the majority rather hear news about what the Kardashians have been up to.

I've been following this over the past few days. I love all things NASA related.

If I read this correctly, the probe (with the solar panels) is larger than a football field, and slowed itself down and placed itself into orbit while on remote control - because the time delay between data from here to there is fourteen minutes. Utterly fucking amazing.

The majority of people don't see this having any effect on their lives. The Kardashians are affecting their lives. Sad but true.
