Smoker, don't you think it's effective to quit?

the best way to quit is cold turkey,i think.

I think these days it takes more will power to keep smoking.

I gave up cold turkey 1.5 years ago and it was eazzzzy.

Patches and gums and all those "easy to quit" processes are for pussies.

Quit cold turkey. 72 hours = a nicotine free body.

Nicotine is the problem. Get rid of it.

I quit that way...cold turkey. After 18 years of smoking.
