I have a problem with Hotmail need your help
 

We are running an adult DVD store for years.
Most of our customers are using their hotmail accounts when they place an order with us. Unfortunately hotmail servers are blocking all emails from our server and thanks to that, customer doesn?t get his confirmation purchase email, his shipping confirmation, or if he writes to us we cannot reply.
How do we go about it? Who do we contact?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Get another domain and use it for notifications.

ummmm....contact Hotmail and ask them?

Hotmail is tough to get an answer from-I called once about a problem and you have to pay for their help-I would goto www.msn.com or hotmail.com and see how to contact them

Hotmail uses brightmail for spam blocking. You probably will need to contact BOTH hotmail and brightmail.

and if they want anything they use another ones

If you plan on doing that, try the webmaster program for boxfrog.com they pay you 25 cents for every free email account you give away.
