so when huma is indicted but hilary is not...

rochard will say case closed! time to elect hilary!

but will the swing voters buy it? or will trump, ringing the bell of the rigged system protecting hilary, result in nobody showing up for hillz on election day?

good hearted liberals (sanders backers, except crockett) will never pull a lever for corruption like that. :1orglaugh

A large number of them will end up voting for her. About half of them already say they are willing to support her. Once Sanders gets what he wants and endorses her and we actually get to election day those Sanders supporters will not be able to bring themselves to vote for Trump so they will hold their nose and vote for her. Some will stay home and not vote at all or will vote for Johnson or someone else, but I would guess she will end up getting about 70-80% of the Sanders supporters.

i've been wondering if huma will be the fall girl on this. it's possible but she's also hill's main girl perhaps a lesser will take the fall. or maybe huma has a big payout coming from the clinton foundation.

I think she is going to manage to drag this whole thing out until after the election then use the powers of the office to make it go away.

from what i've gathered and can surmise, she's delayed her interview. surmising, the FBI can't finish its investigation without interviewing her. she's the only one they haven't interviewed and the last i heard, the last interview was a couple or few weeks ago, or longer.

if she can stall till the primary, then she can stall through the general election months, i'd think. guessing though, obvsiously, it's all guessing

i dunnow man. there is some serious hilary hating coming out of the sanders crowd, the rosario dawsons. really depends on whether the FBI spills before the convention. It wont be very unified to have ugly news enveloping the candidate elect & all the delegates voting for that stink.

really depends on timing. your stuck with hilary after the convention.

it's all terribly disgusting.

I think Bernie is hoping she get indicted before the convention. It is why he won't endorse her just yet. If that happens Bernie can step in and be the candidate. If we get past the convention I can't see anything happening. I think Clinton's lawyers will be able to stall any interviews and keep her from meeting with the FBI. If she loses the election she might be in deep shit because they could recommend the justice department prosecute her and the Trump controlled justice department would do just that. Her only hope would be for Obama to pardon her.

If she wins she will likely never talk to them and she will do whatever it takes to squash anything they release.

yeah i agree with you on bernie. he needs to stick around because the establishment will fly to biden on a moments notice unless he's bellowing from the rooftops.

however, i do not believe, words chosen careful, that she can win an election without a conclusion to her investigation. i dont think the voters will go with voting for someone that may be indicted.

but its all speculative. the FBI can finish their job without interviewing her, i believe they do not require her cooperation. most likely she has already declined, it would be a disasterous mistake for her to talk to them.

to me its a question whether DOJ cronies are gumming up the works, the same way the state dept is trickling info to civil FOIA cases.

I think most people either don't know or don't care that she is being investigated. Sure, the Trump fans hate her as to the republicans/conservatives and they talk about it all the time, but in the end I think she will spin it as her being the victim here in an effort to appeal to the independents who likely will only really give a shit if she is indicted.

short of indictment, she will spin away & play victim, yes. all i know is there is a mount saint helens of sleaze about to erupt from the FBI. its only a question, when will the volcano go off?

Trump will be in court long before Hillary, he will also lose. So there's no point to debate that issue.

The US political system is corrupt. Because Americans make it corrupt. It would be very easy to study who votes for what, who gets money from who and who is clearly not for the people.

The evidence is so abundant I don't understand why anyone thinks Sanders or Trump alone can change anything. US health service is a scandal, NRA blocking gun legislation of any kind is a disgrace, the regulations on oil rigs in the Gulf, poisoning of rivers, land where people live, starting illegal and pointless wars, accepting free trade deals from countries who are dedicated to reducing US wealth and influence.

There's only one class in the US who became stronger and wealthier in the last 40 years. Yet you can't see it.
