Ignore it. There's always at least one moron who pops out of the woodwork to tell you how out of date you are and to prove he's so much cooler because he saw it "last week". These guys must think it improves their standing in the herd or something.

Now, on to the article: 250 gigs, hahahaha. That is a drop in the bandwidth bucket. Too bad he's getting such a dry reaming.

In 1999 I moved to a "unlimited bandwidth" host. Of course I knew there were no "unlimited", but I was in need of just 10-20GB/month. Everything good till 2002, when they blocked my domain without telling me what the hell was happenning.
They said the contract "expired". I was burning 20-25GB/month (almost just html/scripts). Well, it was a auto-renewing 1yr contract.

- "It's $20.00 per GB"
- "Oh, how cheap! I'm moving to another server"
- "But $20.00 is the market price ..."
- "Thank you. Bye."
