Think it's because of that legislation they just passed in the US?

here is the mail:

Due to circumstance that are beyond our control, we will no longer be promoting Scoopy. As you may have already heard, we are adding a new site, called PornStarDaily.com.

We are closing the Scoopy programs. Due to circumstances beyond our control we are no longer tracking sales for Scoopy. The Scoopy-Free Program will be renamed PornStarDaily-FREE.com, you do not need to rejoin and your account and stats will not change but you must update your linking codes.

Webmasters must be sure to remove any CECASH banners or text that promote Scoopy. This must be completed by April 30th, 2003. You may replace them with new banners for PornStarDaily.com.

If you still wish to promote sales to Scoopy you must do so on your own and without any affiliation with CEASH. We do not recommend or endorse any such promotion of Scoopy.
