1) This Is ( REALLY ) Who I Am, And, As I?m Over The Age Of 18, Im Also A Big Girl Now, & Im Old Enough To Be Doing This? Also You?ve Explained The Next Bit To Me Fully? ( i.e. All Of The Goobledee-Gook, Makes Sense? !!! )

2) By My Signing This Legal Document, Im Stating That I No Longer Have Any Say Whatsoever Regards The Photos/Video. I.e. I?m Letting Whoever Took The Pictures, Be It Tom, Dick And/Or Harry? Or Whoever, Use Them For Whatever The Hell They Like? i.e. For Publication, Or Whatever? & If They Want To Use Again Them for Something Else In The Future, Well So Be It? After All, I Have Been Paid? Printed Matter Means A Load Of Utter Bullshit, That May Accompany The Pics, As & When They Are Used

3) Im Not Gonna Demand To see the Pictures, Before You Use Them, Or Insist, To Read the Story, Or Interfere With Your Using The Pics/Video That Ive Just Been Paid For?

4) If? I Do Eventually Happen To See The Photographs, & I Don?t Happen To Like Them, Im Not Gonna Wine or Whinge, Or Attempt To Sue You, Cause Im Not Happy?

5) Im Signing Below To Say That It All Makes Sense, And as you Are Paying Me Cash In Hand For These Photos, That Should I Choose Not To Declare It To The Taxman? (Which I Know Full Well I Have No Intention Of Doing?) That If I Were To Be Caught By The Inland Revenue? That I Cant Go And Weasel Out Of It, By Attempting To Shift The Blame Back Onto You?
