Women aren't 'visually stimulated' like men, generally. They do like story sites, though.

Most chicks I know look at porn with their boyfriends. They dont actively search it out themselves. My ex loved watching the porn on my computer, but her computer has been used to view any porn at all.

Speak for some other XX-chromosome-carrying individual -- this woman likes porn, is very visually stimulated, and has had at one point or another several subscriptions to various porn sites.

Altho, what you're saying seems to be true...I do tend to think that women aren't as visually oriented for reasons such as it not being socially acceptable for women to like porn, and that the quality of your average porn photo/video is pretty dismal. Women tend to place a higher value on the quality and attractiveness of the porn they look at...so some pic of a guy with a hairy back fucking a crack whore up the ass won't do.

Women dont pay for porn for the most part because they dont have to... of course the idea of a porn site full of a bunch of bi guys doing some poses for the chicks doesn't do much for me unless there's also some shoes on sale that I might pick up while I'm browsing.

I don't for a minute think that women don't LIKE porn, I just don't think that the formula that makes them pay for it has been hit upon just yet.

I agree with kimmy kim.......women love porn! just not what men think we love. I've joined alot of sites...not "for women only" sites though! I like the hardcore, down and dirty porn like any man! I can't stand the sites "for woman only" We usually have a house full of 20 year old guys over on the weekends, because I'll sit around and look at porn with them.......in N.C. that's unheard of! cj's great, we've been friends for years, and she does a fantastic job with purve... but at the end of the day there's no site for women bringing in thousands of joins a day... which is the standard by which success is judged on a business basis in this business.

Studies have shown for one thing that while women actually surf more than men (believe it or don't), they are MUCH less likely to open their wallets and spend money on the Internet than men are.

Combine that with the much lower interest in visual vs intellectual stimulation in the female populace, and there is your answer.
