I was on vacation there last week.

I was getting into it, but kept bracing myself for something to flash on the screen and scare the shit outta me once it got zoomed in enough, fortunately, it didn't happen, ha ha ha.

i thought it was going to loop back to the milky way for a moment ....fucking cool though just makes you think how much there is to learn about ourselves

Refer your friend to the many works of Carl Sagan... He's an incredible scientist/astronomer with optimism mixed with reality... good shit! And no, he doesn't think that little green men are abducting people :)
