We have been up only a week.... getting 175 unique visitors a day, page hits are about 2,000. Advertising costs are low right now because of the fact traffic is not there yet and the site is near completion and not complete. This will be a money maker, but I am in need of a few fast $$$.

But I understand. Would have sold you the design, programming, database and anything else you wanted for 2,500.00 See you could save a few $$$ and purchase another site and maybe another.
