Dell Customer Support [CONTEST]
I've been on hold for the last 36 minutes. what are your guys' gueses for the total call time by the time it's over? the closest one will win .. ehh .. ehh .. a banner!

I HATE automated systems, I will do everything to possibly avoid them, I feel your pain. I seriously start flipping out on them...
The thing I hate about hold, that stupid lady that comes on literally every 30 seconds to tell you that someone will be right with you. |

LOL, I was thinking about posting my experience with DELL customer support, and saw this thread.
My sound card (turtle beach santa cruz) has been acting up, and this is now the third one I went through with them, and Im bitching about getting another brand. AFter 5 different tech support people trouble shoot with me, the sixth one helped me find the problem, and it had nothing to do with the hardware (as far as I know so far). Problem was the sound would start getting unbalanced. coming out more on one side. I tried EVERYTHING... then this last tech told me to try and turn down the sound card hardware acceleration down a notch. So far so good. But being on hold really eats ass. |

Dell Canada tech support is 100 % outsourced as far as i know they have always been that way.
And up untill last month or maybe two months ago 95% of there calls were being handled by Canadians, now its all in India. |
