There is no best ad network, you simply need to test and test till you find right one, regardless do you sell or buy traffic.

Well, duh. But he didn't exactly offer any particular reasons to test the one he's promoting, now did he?

It's like saying "Buy my ice cream, it's the sweetest!" without even disclosing the flavor. Nobody is going to bother to walk into the store. Who wants to taste the ice cream only to discover it's lima-beans-and-strawberry flavored?
