Have you ever killed an animal for food?
 

This is for anyone not from the USA because we all know they will shoot anything that moves, including gays.
But, have you ever killed an animal and eaten it?

Not including fish or insects.

I sacrifice the occasional goat to my lord and master Satan. Does that count?

no, the difference is that i dont kill animals for food i just buy and eat meat

I hit a possim in Alabama once.. I'm pretty sure some locals had it for dinner.

When I was younger we lived in a very rural area of New Jersey. (Don't laugh, they don't call NJ the "Garden State" for nothing. There is more to NJ than Newark.) We had a huge farm across the street from us. We used to hike, bike, swim, build forts there... And when we got older we used to hunt.

When we got a deer, we would bring it home and string it up in a tree and gut it. We had a special fridge out in the garage where we stored it.

I stopped hunting after I joined the Marines - I didn't see the point in shooting at something that didn't shoot back. Haven't hunted since then, most likely never will. I don't have anything against anyone that does hunt, however.

I was riding my bike on my paper route and a Terrestrial turtle bug flew right in my mouth and down the hatch. I killed and ate to live.
