Selling network of sites
 

Hi,

Looking to sell a fully functioning network of TGP/MGP sites, around 50 in the following niches: teens, hairy, asian, latina, ebony, big tits, big ass, mature, amateur/beach/nudist, bbw, indian, lesbian, panties, retro. This is a fully functioning network of sites hosted on a very fast and reliable and backed up dedicated server at exmasters.com (see below for server specs). Mainly looking for someone who would buy the whole setup, including domains, scripts and hosting and get a complete income generating business from day 1.

The domains for sale are all at least 5 years old, some 10+ years, most registered at dotster.com and some 6-7 (the oldest domains) still registered at register.com.

All sites are generated with new galleries daily using JMBSoft TGP Rotator 1.2.1-SS. The gallery database is backed up daily using cron. Since the galleries renew automatically daily there is very little, if any, maintenance. Only work needed is basically to add new galleries to the database (currently holding 170148 galleries of which 109008 are manually cropped and optimized for quality load speed). Granted there is some (not much) gallery cleaning to do, mainly deleting obsolete sponsors, but it is easy to do with TGP Rotator using filters and batch processing. Getting started is basically to batch upgrade the affiliate links in the database to your own and you're ready to go. The database has many of the largest sponsors and galleries are being kept updated.

Most sites have both TGP and MGP pages, skim is normally set to 75-80% to galleries. All site use trading scripts from arrowscripts.com. A few use Arrow Trader Extreme V2 and most use ArrowTrader Core. At the time of installing the ATX scripts these were commercial scripts ($175/licence). They have since become available for free and the plan is to upgrade all AT Core scripts to ATX 2 for optimized traffic quantity and quality.

All sites have at least 50 active trades going, many older ones have trades going with high traffic quality sites that are no longer accepting new trades.

All domain templates are stored in TGP Rotator and are also available offline. All source code will be provided.

Assistance will be provided for one month to a potential buyer. This includes assistance in domain owner transfers, TGP Rotator and ATX/Core training, server owner transfer etc. It is highly recommended that any buyer will also include the server in the package, regardless of whether you want to keep the existing setup or transfer all domains to your own hardware. By keeping the current server, transfers to a new server can be done without losing traffic/sales while this process is ongoing.

The server used for the hosting is $300/monthly, and it is hosted in the Czech Republic. It is using CentOS 5.11 (Final), kerner version 2.6.18-238.12.1.el5 (SMP). Some other technical details below:

Apache version (main web server): 2.2.3
Nginx version (web server for static content): 0.8.54
Perl version: 5.8.8
PHP version: 5.2.17

It is running unmetered 10mbps and current monthly usage averages 4-5mpbs. May 2016 usage:

1212.88 Gb/month / 4.73 Mbps/month

It has a weekly server backup, server downtime/service monitor installed (uptime over 99.9%), an eight core i7 CPU, 12GB RAM, two 750GB mirrored HDD.

Exmasters has excellent and responsive support.

The network is currently earning some $300-350 monthly in traffic sales and between $100-200 monthly in affiliate sales.

You should post traffic stats, where the traffic is coming from, etc.

Also, the usual going price is 6 to 8 times sales.

Traffic comes mainly from trades and bookmarkers (addthis script added to all domains for easy bookmarking) and most traffic is good quality European and US. Crap traffic is constantly checked and blocked on server level.

Yes, I know that asking price may seem high but please bear in mind that you are getting 50 domains in the deal, some of which are quite old have PR rankings and hold decent value s.

Since the network does not currently consume the allocated bandwidth on the server it would be possible to renegotiate and cost cut on the server.

Also many of the domains are quite old, have PR rankings and good quality bookmark and search engine traffic. Some of them have good value domain names that could be sold separately.

From the apparent lack of interest here I might just keep the network, no loss for me, or I will just start selling off the domain names.
