Cop shot someone...let's play guess the race.

The guy was "acting a fool" and breaking his baby momma's car's windows and throwing rocks at her when the police got involved

I guess the police officer got the woman out of there but he kept approaching them with more large rocks. He received warnings to put the rocks down and to back off and didn't cooperate.
