Greetings Webmasters,

It is with great displeasure that I send this email notifying all MassivePass
webmasters, that MassivePass will no longer be taking in new signups as of
3.29.03 at 12:00am E/S.* Unfortunately, MassivePass will no longer be in
business shortly after the signup form is taken down.*

However, please note:

* ALL webmaster Pay Per-Signup payments will be mailed out between 3.31.03 and
4.04.03.* Each webmaster receiving a check will receive an email with the amount
being sent and the date in which it was sent.* There are some payments that are
late, but every single payment will be sent during the aforementioned time
period.

* ALL webmaster 60/40 payments will be mailed in accordance with the normal
Epoch schedule.

Every single webmaster will get every dollar earned!

All user memberships will be honored or they will be credited.* When all
webmaster and user relationships are satisfied, the site will be taken down
completely and we will no longer be in business.* We're anticipating this to
occur within 2-2.5 weeks. Until that time, the site will remain completely
operational, except the signup form, i.e. there will be no more new signups
processed by 3.29.03 at 12:00am E/S.
