Hiring Directors = $$ but how much ?

I am about to hire someone to shoot content for me and i was wondering whats the going rate and if anyone wants the job really

1-2 hours of work a week

needs to have and be able to

Filming Gear / filming
lighting
Studio
Editing

Girls will be provided by us

needs to live in MTL
