Elephant list, closed for a while. Whats up?

hi folks,

Anyone know what the deal with Elephant list is? His submit form has been "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" for a while now, think its over a month now.

Look at his list, he only lists his sponsored galleries. Just like JJJ is doing
