Results of PR ranking test....
 

Here are my results from a test, not showing the URL or specifics, but here is the conclusion:

The placement of the link, even same size and font face changes how much of a PR you will give to that link. The higher on the page, the more of the PR "vote" that you have, links at the very bottom has a smaller PR given to them. This was a test of a 100-200 links, and the resulting PR ranks of those.

Next time will most likely be if Size matters (which I have heard *rumors* it does, but I don't have any proof yet).
