Does anyone know how to fix crashplan connection issues?
 

Several months ago I had this same problem, I was back and forth writing to the tech department for two weeks, I finally managed to fix it somehow but I cannot remember how at all ... it's not a problem with the firewall or antivirus and it had something to do with a permissions or ownership issue , the program ended up existing in the appdata folder completely instead of having a progra~1 folder at all - that's all I remember
I reinstalled it this evening and it's not connecting
