Bad experience with ExoClick! Anyone Else? Or Just me?
I requested my first payout after having ExoClick banners on my website for months...This was the reply for their customer service:
'' Thank you for contacting ExoClick Customer Services regarding your payment. On review of your sites performance we have decided to reject your sites as they are not meeting the expectations of our advertisers. As such no pending earnings will be paid, as some advertisers will need to be compensated. Additionally your account has been closed as we will not be able to work with you in the future. We wish you well in your future endeavours.'' This is a lot of BS, i mean, why didn't they reject it before if the website is not ''meeting the expectations of our advertisers''. Why did they wait for a payout request? Anyone else with simmilar issue? Any advice on what to do now? Can i somehow make them pay me earned money?:helpme |
Haven't they been doing this now for a while? Allowing everyone and their dog to sign up and put ads but then doing a quality review when you decide to ask for payment and then if you are low quality, you are simply just booted. That way, scammers will quickly learn it's not worth wasting their time. I think it's a smart way to even make the scammers work for free for them.

Fuck exo click in the ass!! Fuck them in the ass!!!

@Adraco - didn't know that. But, i am not a scammer, have only real traffic
@ xXXtesy10 - What is your problem with them? Could you recommend me some other ad services? Besides Juicy Ads |

So if I buy ads on Exoclick and the traffic doesn't convert how I expect it to, I can ask for a refund?.....
Then, what's the point of doing a bunch of small tests to fine tune it to what you're looking for? I'll just buy ads, demand refunds for ones that I lose money on and go to the next. Smells like bullshit.. |
@colmike
Obviously they will only refund if there is bot traffic/fraudulent traffic involved. To the OP: If your traffic was legit you wouldn't be banned. |

@ tokmansta How can i check my website for bot traffic/fraudulent traffic?
@Brian mike slut-angels dot com As i can see from google analytics it is all ok... 85%traffic is from us, brazil, then europe countries...than the rest of the world. Traffic is from twitter, tumblr, facebook, some pinboards other sites... |
haha, sorry didn't saw the "Smells like bullshit.."
@Raskoljnikov https://www.similarweb.com/website/s....com#referrals Maybe the Traffdaq traffic. You see anything strange from that referral? like low pageviews per visitor |
Now i am totally confused. I have used traffdaq only for a week, 2 months ago. And the Top Referring Sites here on similarweb are the last ones on the G-analytics list of top refering sites... I didn't notice anything strange... but i can't say that i am a big expert on this.

@Raskoljnikov
Similarweb isn't 100% accurate and a bit old. So your analytics data is much better. Tbh, your site doesn't look like a typical site used by people with fraudulent traffic. There are still other ad-networks besides exo such as ero-advertising.com and juicyads. |
