One thing to always remember...

Hi,

Whether you are for the War, against the War, or liberal, democrat, conservative, Republican, etc.

Please always remember this line..........

I Find it Un-Patriotic and Un-American to Not Question
your Goverment.

It was a politician, Vet, not sure who wrote that, but it's simple and to the point, don't you think so??

I always question my goverment, political choices, etc.

I find it a bit simplistic for a complicated subject. If you go around questioning everything, as the government often does, nothing get's done. Just my :2 cents:

Damm Stock, mabey I am brain dead, whois it???

sextoyking 03-27-2003 01:05 AM

jake,

as big brother gets more hi-tech and starts infringing more and more, you should always question your goverment..

remember this is our goverment, we elect the ppl :)

Sorry, I can't help but laugh...it's cute that you actually think you have any say at all over what happens in your country.

I tend to agree. While you should never hesitate to question anything that begs to be answered in your mind or heart, it certainly would bog the system if everything was questioned. But, therein lies the paradox... If not everything is questioned then loopholes can more easily be found for stuff to slip through that should have been questioned, had they not been 'disguised' as something that should go without question.

jake2000xp 03-27-2003 01:15 AM

I appreciate your point of view. It really all depend's on the manner and frequency in which you question our policy's and diplomacy..imo

sextoyking 03-27-2003 01:17 AM

czarkazm,

well we do have a say in our country, mind you the election cycle has been clouded recently, it still counts for something.

I hear you though...

jake2000xp 03-27-2003 01:17 AM

well said turbo

drunkdollars 03-27-2003 01:19 AM

question your goverment but love your country and neighbors.
