Awesome story.

I remember hearing about planes landing there during 9/11. I have been to those towns and many others in the Maritimes (family from the area) and I can confirm that they are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.

My in-laws were planning on traveling that day from LA to NYC and were just about ready to leave for the airport when they heard their flights were canceled.

Cool story. I knew about all the planes landing there but didn't know about the scholarship. Awesome.

i remember, in 03, when the northeast had a regional power outage. there was no power on the drive home. & in order to get across the railroad tracks, an illegal immigrant brazilian was holding the gate down so cars could pass.

i reflected how illegals can be good people too, especially the ladies who never wear a bra once the temp gets to 70 degrees.

:2 cents:

Gotta love them titties swinging free. Best is when they take you in the back of the bodega for a quick suck.
