What if Bush went nutz and started killing his own people, started using his wmds on his own people.. would we want France and German to invade US and overthrow Bush regime then?

Haha, good point. I never thought of it that way.

Although I seriously doubt they would have time to get here before the American people overthrew the government. Remember, most of us are armed and would not hesitate to go postal if our government started killing its own citizens en masse.

well, brittian was here a few hundred years ago killing her own people so to speak, yada, yada, the French-American force defeated the Brits.

... On September 14, 1781, the French and Continental armies completed their 700 mile march and soon thereafter laid siege to the British positions. After a number of weeks and several brief but intense engagements, Cornwallis, besieged on the peninsula by the large and well-equipped French-American army, and stricken by dysentery, determined to surrender his army. On October 19, 1781, the British forces marched out between the silent ranks of the Americans and French, arrayed in parallel lines a mile long, and cast down their arms.

then again, the colonists were pretty sold on the whole indenpendence thing ..

Absolutely! I believe Americans would definitely like to sort out their own probs will never let a foreign force take over. At the same token, we don't believe others may want the same for some reason :winkwink:

We'd have it taken care of before that cretin -- oh, excuse me... Cretian... could slip out of his mistress and put on his suit.

Such is why the world hates us so much - Americans have the balls to do what needs to be done, no matter how unpleasant it might be.

I think the issue is that not everyone agrees that it "needs to be done"

If he also had a track record of killing 2 million people, invading two sovereign nations, launching scuds into Quebec, manufacturing bio/chemical weapons, gassing his own people with chemical weapons, had financial ties with Hezbolah and other terrorist/murder groups, tried to assassinate Chirac, ruled as a brutal dictator for nearly 30 years and wore a really cheesy beret ...... ??

Perhaps.

excuse moi, entschuldigen sie bitte ... we develope those weapons and sell them to dictators ... we would never use them against our allies !!!

Think twice man.. we'd rather die than to let a foreign force come in take charge. Specially, we wouldn't let freedom fries named back to french fries now would we? I for one wouldn't wanna learn to speak french for sure :winkwink:

Death row trials take up a *shitload* of tax dollars.

Besides, don't they have private prisons / slave factories in Texas now?

Them good old boys just can't let go of their cherished plantation formula.
