I am looking to move my hosting to another host after a 40 minute argument with my host just now.

+ Between 10-12 Mbps (lets say 10 burst to 15)
+ 1/4 rack
+ 24 X 7 Support (Live support non of that ICQ shit)
+ I will not sign a year commitment dont even try it.

I have my own hardware and I will fly my tech admin out to install everything so dont even try hiting me with setup fees.

Will move within 2 weeks post full prices to the board with your ICQ I will hit you later.

I am honestly not here to start anything I just was not happy with them. 4 people in that company told me 4 different things as to the reason 2 of my servers were down. After some time I found out that it was a problem on their side and not mine. I lost almost 4k in business and was told that they are sorry.

I have made up my mind and once I get the contract if nothing major is wrong with it I will let you know where I will be moving.

FYI - To the people that posted for me to ICQ you next time learn to read and maybe you will get the business. :1orglaugh

Here is an example of what I am talking about Johnny....

I ask for a Quote and an ICQ # and in return I get this crap .

i have had the same problems with my other host I ask for one thing and get something tottaly different.

I believe that sales people that rome these boards represent the companies they work for. If they can't follow simple directions who is to say that the company they work for will.

Another thing If I am the client and you want me to spend money on your company why should I do work? I like being able to pick who I talk to on ICQ and not waste my time.

So in conclusion I will be going with an underdog in this thread and that is webhostplus. the sales person was great, listened to my questions and gave me answers i was looking for.
