Starting a cam studio in mexico, 50+ girls...any advice?
 

Hi,
So I'm new here. I been in the internet marketing industry now for 15 years or so. I decided to get into the adult side of things. I'm going to be done with construction in 40 days or so (if we are not delayed, maybe sooner). Warehouse will have 30 rooms built inside all fully staged as bedrooms. We plan on being on chaturbate, I really like their token/tipping system. Girls are paid salary, will have health care, money will be put into their retirement accounts....and a % of their earnings (which we are paying them as performance bonuses). In order to prevent girls from attempting to go solo they won't have login access to their accounts, we will manage all that for them. We will be using a white label, which we will then iframe on our domain to mask the URL from the girls who are broadcasting. Girls don't speak much.... if any English. Any advice before we start would be greatly appreciated. I open to any suggestions or tips seasoned cam studio operators care to share. Thanks in advanced. :thumbsup

Every cam on Chaturbate has a Chaturbate logo in the corner so might be tough to hide who the white label is using and the reason I personally don't use them as not really a true white label. :2 cents:

Might be better off creating a studio account from a real white label that hides info and doesn't slam their logo on every single cam.

I would try a few different cam sites -- then go where the money is for you.

Oh god, I've done so many of these and the owners simply don't know how to proceed.
Girls are easy to get but it's quality not quantity. Not to mention you'll have a group of studios in nearby countries that will either join up with you to their advantage or try to put you out of business.

You should really be testing a few cam sites before you make a decision to go with one platform exclusively.

you may be surprised that you will actually do much better on a platform that was not originally intended for your traffic.

Work only with sites who offer model protection, so they can not at home make another account on the same website and use their social communication tools to inform their members
Most sites offer this for 90/180 days, so a model can NOT start working from home and over bridge the gasp in income.
