Plugz.co sells traffic at a CPC rate. You target general categories or target very very specific keywords such as model name, sex acts, etc.

I think what you're just looking for is adult traffic in general though. I'll always have to recommend TrafficJunky first and foremost as they have the best setup / traffic quality. They will sell you traffic on a CPM basis though (as will 99% of other adult traffic networks) so you need to make sure you have a high CTR/Conversion ratio to make it worth your while.

Exoclick is great as well and let you target devices, browsers, etc for more of a refined buy but the quality is a little lacking when compared to TJ.

Also, TrafficHaus and Exoclick are not the same company. But yes there is a lot of re-selling of the same sites and spots across the networks. One month one site can be exclusive to Exoclick, and the next month its sold to the next traffic network, its a constant shuffle.

JuicyAds offers CPC, CPM, and Direct buys where you can own a spot on a specific site for 7,14,or 30days.

Regarding "real" traffic, EVERY ad network (be it porn or mainstream) has fake bot traffic. It's part of the game and how the traffic networks line their pockets. Some of it is accidental as they can't control every publisher, some of it could be done on purpose to make more money. Who the hell knows. But you need to test each network and see if their traffic will result in a positive ROI for you. Some will let you weed out the bad traffic sources if you're buying a RON (exoclick, etc).
