Question for Belgian webmasters and about Belgian proxy IP blocked on GFY
 

A Belgian webmaster friend told me to ask:
1. Why GFY blocked the proxy IP of telenet (biggest broadband provider in Belgium - almost 64% of surfers), since he cannot access the GFY board. Can it be unblocked (if by GFY, if I get it right)?

2. For the Belgian webmasters (I'm not from Belgium): what bank charges the least fees for US checks (and what fees are those), esp. for the town of Opwijk ? Thanks :)

Howdy, i'm in Belgium and i use Telenet..... just put another proxy server in to access this board, i can reccomend proxy.brabant.chello.nl port 8080..... very fast, you wont even know it's another proxy.

As for the banks, i've been with BBL, KBC and Dexia, Dexia is the best and the fastest, checks amount is on your acohahahaha within 3 days (yes even for US checks) and wires arrive mostly the same day, one day later at most, and it's nearly free of charge.

LOL, my guess is that it's because of the Tedster incident...a Belgian guy who put some s c r i p t in his sig that redirected GFY to Yahoo

Whow! Well, maybe he souldn't have banned the whole isp with a wildcard. We are not ALL people with bad intentions, although we Belgians tend to fuck up alot but that's just because we are drunk about 80% of our life! yeah!:glugglug

I see, I remember it was an incident about that, probably this is the explanation.

I loose around 2 to 6 euro per check. Wires are free, also foreign ones and they got a good online bank system.

This is for Dexia, right? Or generally, for those 3 you mentioned?
