I have a question about H1 tags for Se's
 

hello,

first off does google give more importance to H1 tags no matter how small the font size is set to? Are H1 tags given more impotrance than text in bold print in a larger font?

I have used the size command in one of my H1 tags (see below)will that cause the search engine to not see it as a H1 tag?

There are many rumors which I believe, that the size of text influences how important that keyword is, and if it is a link, how high of the % of PR that is given to that link.
