Interested in selling my site/domains. Where do I start?
 

Hello, I am not a pro at this so please go easy on me. I decided about a year ago to start a tube site in my spare time. I came up with a catchy domain name and registered it as a .com, .net, .info, .org. I was gung ho at first, set up affiliate accounts, bought some tube site software and was up and running. I then ran into some health issues. So the site has been sitting half finished for about a year. To spite this, the site has steadily increased in traffic. It is now getting just under 5000 unique visitors a month. I know that's not huge but it's getting over 1,000,000 page views.

My hosting is due for renewal and I honestly have no interest in continuing to run it. So, where do I start? I see the domain auction page. I would put it there but I have no idea what it's worth. Could I get some advice please.

What sort of details? I can post pics of the stats but they moved me to a different server in Feb so I only have a couple months of stats. What stats would folks need to see? I have awstats and webalizer available. Is one more reliable than the other?

How much are you looking for and what's your contact info ?

Post the domain name and basic details like the number of videos, monthly cost, how much your site earns, etc.

Also, add your email address you people can get a hold of you.

The domain is cumshotcompilations .com. Also have .net,.org, .info.. My hosting costs are around $30 month. Right now, it only has about 4600 vids. Just to be clear, I pretty much gave up any work on it a few weeks after I started it (got really sick). I signed up for a few affiliate programs but I only put a couple banner ads on the site. I haven't had any revenue from it and I know that is my fault for not properly placing the ads (not even sure I put the codes in right). If you look at the site you will see places where it says "insert ad here".

I purchased the " Mediaxxx" web software but I was in over my head from the start. In all honesty, I think the value is the domain name - not so much the site. The site comes up at or near the top for searches like "cumshot compilations".

For the most recent month (April 2016) my stats are as follows (using awstats):
Unique visitors: 4879
Number of visits: 14,411
Pages: 1,100,420
Hits: 1,193,197

The number of uniques has been gradually increasing every month. Unfortunately my hosts moved me to a different server in February so I don't have the full stats for the last year. If needed, I can see if the host can provide them.

I honestly hadn't even looked at the site since probably November until a few days ago when the host sent me a renewal notice. I think one of you that has experience with building/monitizing an adult site could build the name into a decent earner. If I had a better understanding of coding and how to maximize advertising, and wasn't dealing with health problems I would try to get this thing making money. But I think it's best to get rid of it.

Ok, I'm rambling. I have no idea what to ask for the site. The .com is registered for another year. The .net, .org, .info expire in a couple weeks. Is there a place to get an appraisal or can someone give me an idea what it might be worth please.

You really don't have many visitors but your site has proven retain its users.
If you visit my site you will find links to many places to advertise your domain for sale.

You should drop the net org and info, nobody really uses those unless it's a 1 word or 2 word highly searched or high ppc search term. I think your .com domain does not have a lot of value either, unless the site is earning revenue. Try some facial and bukkake niche sponsor ads instead of cams.

You have been paying way too much for hosting, you can get it much cheaper than $30 a month for that small amount of traffic.
