Rant Paxum - improve your services.

1) you did not mail me , when i received funds on my account on 21st. and i was under impression that program didnt send me funds.

2) there is no way to know, how much money you are gonna charge for withdrawal using EFT Bank Transfer.

i had $151 in my account and i wanted to withdraw all to my bank account.

so i have to enter amount like this

starting with 151
151 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
150 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
149 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
148 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
147 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
146 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
145 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
144 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
143 - you dont have enough funds in your account.
142 - finally withdrawal request taken.

3) No auto withdrawal of funds to Bank Account.

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback. Notifications are automatically sent when you receive a transfer from another Paxum account-holder, unless you have them switched off in your settings. Notifications are enabled by default. Please check your junk/spam mail folder, and make sure incoming mail from paxum.com is whitelisted.

We clearly state on our website our fees:

EFT withdrawal (US) is $5 USD
EFT withdrawal (International) is $8.95 USD

Simply deduct that amount from your balance to know how much you can withdraw.

We provide multiple options for withdrawal; check, EFT, Wire, and to the Paxum Mastercard. We do not provide automatic transfers to your bank. Each withdrawal must be specifically requested by the account-holder.

why not show user directly how much he can withdraw, or show only the amount he is able to withdraw. why these games, no disrespect here , just curious.

why is i have to withdraw manually every month/ so.
after all i have verified my paxum account, my bank account, my identity , my address with all the documents you have asked.

what happens if i die tomorrow, what happens to my funds with you guys ?

Since their is no yearly fee, Paxum would not know that you died. Instead you'd get "eternal" life through your Paxum account! Ain't that great? No extra charge!

i guess this is the case with every middleman. program payouts setting to wires will solve this issue.

If your next of kin is aware of your Paxum account, then they will be able to retrieve any balance left on your account, the same way as they would with your bank accounts, real estate, other assets etc.

If you don't provide your next of kin with any knowledge of your Paxum account upon your passing, then the funds would simply sit in your account eternally.

I recommend you make sure your will/papers are in order for if such a situation were to occur, then you won't have to worry about it.

Any status change on the ACH deposit feature for Paxum? Been waiting over a year to have this feature reinstated. If it isn't going to happen, just say so.

Good to know when you are dead and no longer have brain function that you won't need to worry if you have created a will to announce the duly right owner of paxum account.

Just curious, if the actual owner has to provide 15 different proof of ID and some DNA to verify account, what will next of kin need to provide... their testicles?
