ISPrime or WebHostPlus
 

I am new on this board and just wanted to know what everyone thinks of these 2 companies. In the past 3 weeks I got quotes from both of these companies and now are ready to make the move. Spending almost 2K a month I just want to make sure I am going with a good company. i used to host with WebHost parent company and now need more room. I know about WebHost please tell me what you all know about ISPrime. They sound like a good company but I am just not sure.

What do you think?

This is a current customer of DP that is now trying to expand and needs more room + more BW for his Adult Sites. So how about keeping some level of professionalism and give this first timer what he asked for. Lets take it down a notch :BangBang:

Notice that not a single employee from ISPrime has posted to this thread? I think that speaks loads for them. Can't say the same for the competition.

ISPrime's strong and happy customer base is the only presence they need in this thread.

I just bought a new Isprime dedicated server from Isprime yesterday. Setup was fast and easy. They're all very kind and helpful. The server kicks ass to what i was using before! Isprime all the way...

Great and real helpful support with very nice prices and very good hardware!

Well this is actually my first post so I am not sure how its done and I am not trying to offend anyone.

Let me just begin by saying that I am not affiliated with anyone that has posted to this thread so far :winkwink:

I have used ISPrime last year for about 11 months and yes the service with good. I did have few problems getting everything setup, and also had a bit of a problem getting to my servers one day after giving them 24 hour notice. Now I actually started with another Host that has been mentioned here Like----. Was very unhappy with them and then ISPrime called so I figured why not.
I was paying ISPrime almost $1,100 a month. When Webhost (at the time DP) called I got free setup within 4 days and the use of their servers for that time. I am paying almost the same $1,000 - $1,000 and yes I do get 24 X 7 Support.

As far as SLA I was down for sometime last year just as I started (not sure if it was a problem with my servers or something on their side) and I got a free month out of it.

So in conclusion:
to say that ISPrime is better then Webhostplus would probably be untrue. jojoe remember that any host you go with you will have problems with. I don't care if they give you 100% uptime you will be down. I don't care if you use the most expensive BW in the world you will have packet loss.

The few things you need to look at are:
1. How long have they been around?
2. What will you get if you are down?
3. What is tech Support like? (FYI I have a Cell # of my tech and I did call him at 4 am on Sunday few months ago)
4. How are you treated? (Money is not everything)

i do not often reply to hosting threads but we have now been with isprime for over a year and i must say they have been
110% 1st class !
being in a different time zone i can tell you that their support is actually online (icq support) 24/7 and yes they do reply very fast!
our site has "never" been down yet !
